I base my practice around decreasing pain and increasing mobility in a relaxing and safe environment. I enjoy working on patients who, but am not limited to, experience headaches, migraines, surgeries, sprains, strains, TMJ pain, whiplash, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, shin splints or struggle with elevated stress levels. During the appointment we will go through an assessment and create a treatment plan together. Once this is discussed, I will perform manual therapy and provide stretching/strengthening exercises to work towards restoring balance.
